i read this series before booktok was born and even before i knew what the term „smut books“ meant.

i quickly became obsessed. the sexual tension in this book is simply out of this world. i also love that jonas is into philosophy and uses phrases to explain his feelings.

just read this book its not going to disappoint.

WOW, so this book was so unexpected. I really thought it was going to be. I love Jonas and Sarah's dynamic and Jonas' love of Plato and Aristotle make for sine great conversations within the story.
What a cliffhanger. I can't wait to sink my teeth into the next book.

*sospira*

I've read both spin-offs of this series - Captain and Ball Peen Hammer - and loved them both. I didn't enjoy reading this one as much as the other two, but it's still worth the read. The books in The Club series have a more serious tone than the light and humorous tone found in the two spin-off books.

It's a series, but I'm not sure I'm sold on the characters enough to read the rest.

I enjoyed this story; felt the emotional connection with the characters, but I just keep wondering why all authors now feel that it's necessary to tell a story about a young fairly innocent woman and a young, tortured billionaire. In addition, the title of this story and the synopsis misrepresents what the book is about. I was expecting and looking forward to a totally different story than what I got. In the end, however, the story was pretty good and I enjoyed reading it.
