I really loved the first book in the Morgan Brother's series Hero, so I thought I would go back to the beginning fo this world and follow the characters in the best order. Sadly, this book really fell flat for me. The writing was nto for me, and I found it very rambly and repetitive. There was just too much annoying, rambling, inner monologue for me. I also did not love Jonas' character, and found him to be pretty creepy. All that said, I loved Hero so I am going to DNF the rest of this trilogy but pick up with Kat and Josh in the hopes that their story is more for me.
