Slow start, but really picked up halfway through. Some strange unexpected twists. The entire plot was a little strange, but I enjoyed the ending. I feel like it could have been about 100 pages shorter and still had the same storyline.

Curiously wonderful premise but unfortunately it went nowhere and ended both abruptly and overly emotionally. Excellent until 80% through and then let down by the rushed ending and loose ends unexplained.

Took over 100 pages for the storyline to start to develop. Getting to that point felt like a chore. The rest is just okay… I was uncomfortable reading it most of the time.

It started out well, if a bit "ew" (teacher/student romance), but descended into utterly implausible.

Don’t feel comfortable rating this book. Have given up as it just seemed to be dragging.
