This book was more matured than "Are You There, God? It's Me, Margaret" and it was an emotional read. Although the summary highlighted her newfound friend Wolf, I wish she showed more of him to develop their friendship.
Blume is really well verse in getting into the mind of teenagers. The emotions and their thoughts, they were so lifelike and relatable. Although her books tackle difficult topics, I like that they always have a hopeful tone in the end.
