I am still on the fence on this series and I stick with it because I love the older protagonist, and simply that there is one! But this volume had a fair amount of disturbing stuff, including things that can be triggery so I was taken a bit aback. I will stick with it though as I'm curious to where the story will go.

I don't usually consume medias for action sequences, it's just not my thing, but this has excellent fight scenes

I love the drawings of empty rooms, kitchens and hallways. They give a sense of foreboding few artists can achieve so easily. I love our old man which goes around topless, punches the shit out of people and turns into a cyber-horror.

This volume begins in a starkly different manner compared to the previous ones.
We delve into the life of a Yakuza member who exploits people for sexual pleasure. His ruthless actions intersect with the lives of a young couple, who are striving to build a future together. Their happiness quickly descends into a harrowing nightmare as they become entangled in his web of corruption and violence.
In their darkest hour, when all hope seems lost, Inuyashiki appears. With his unwavering resolve, he steps in to try and save the day, offering a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness.

Ça se lit toujours bien mais j'aimerais bien qu'on approffondisse un peu l'histoire et les personnages dans le prochain volume.

This volume is a little bit weaker for me, because it focuses on a completely different aspect and our main character shows up very late. I enjoyed reading it through, it was very action-packed.

ONE HELL OF AN ACTION PLOT, THIS ONE
Felt like just a breeze that came my way. This was so readable, and I swear the thrill I had on the course of this volume! I forgot why I put this one on-hold but I'm pretty determinted to finish all accessible volumes on Kindle Unlimited tonight, or maybe tomorrow, in case I switch to the other 2 novels I'm also currently reading lol. AND THE ACTION SEQUENCE, I SWEAR. IT'S SO SATISFYING. I COULD LITERALLY HEAR THE LOUD BEAT OF MY HEART WITH MY EVERY SWIPE ON THE NEXT PAGE. Anyway, I was gonna drop this one again when I thought we're having a modern-day Yozo and Yoshiko deja vu. I don't want to feel that kind of trauma ever again. THANK GOD WE HAVE INUYASHIKI THOUGH to save us from all the pain we're about to suffer from. Really enjoyed this one!!
