Oh. My. Goodness. Thank you! I am so bored of the whole broken or insecure girl falling in love with the hotty. I want a girl who takes charge, does what she wants with all the confidence in the world, and doesn’t give in to anything. THIS. IS. IT. I love everything about this book. Reverse harem? I had no idea I wanted it so badly! I didn’t know what it was until I read this. Sexy scenes with a real story that has left me guessing. YES. PLEASE. This book delivered on everything I didn’t know I needed.

MK fan over here!

This was a super quick read because I could not put it down! Tate never lets me down with a book, and this one was another example of her ability to create a solid FMC, with a dark backstory and plenty of hotness, without making it seem forced and or shallow. Warning about the cliffhanger, but if you’ve read any of Tate’s work, you know to expect that anyway. I seriously cannot wait for the next book!!

I really, really didn't like this book.
I've read reverse harems before, and the book prior to this was a reverse harem I honestly really loved. It was slow burn, had really good male characters, and was addicting. For this book, it was none of those for me unfortunately.

The men were pretty similar sometimes and had no real personalities. I liked Steele the most, the other two I really couldn't care less about. They were controlling, manipulative and boring. The main character was unlikable to me, and said one thing but portrayed another.

It ended in a cliffhanger but I'm not even interested in what happens because to me, even that was done poorly. I could rant about this, but I don't want to bash this book considering so many people loved and enjoyed it.

Honestly, the authors note was my favourite part. It made me emotional and I really love that the author added that. Otherwise this just wasn't for me, though I can appreciate people writing reverse harems because I can never get enough of them.

Hate, the first book in the series, is a great set up leading into a ton of character building, especially for MK and Archer. I actually read the entire series before leaving my reviews for each book. Tate did an amazing job connecting everything, and setting things up for one heck of a ride. This is definitely a must read!

I really enjoyed this. Madison Kate is absolutely unhinged but I love it. I want to know more about the boys and what their business is and what is it they do. I’m wildly suspicious of Bree. I want so badly for her to just be a good friend to Madison Kate but there have been too many times where I’m like hmmm that’s suspicious, that’s weird. I’m jumping right into the next book. So excited.
