I liked the story and Hannah as the female lead, but there were parts for Bennett that just seemed so aggressive and out of character for him compared to the other books. Overall a good ending to the trilogy

This is the second series I have read from Nora Roberts and I have equally loved them both. They aren't perfect and there's a few moments that date them a bit but if you want a good old fashioned romance this series is perfect.

Playboy turns good, falling for a girl who isn't all she seems.

I enjoyed this story about Bennet and Hannah. I liked the characters with Hannah pretending to be plain and hide to help the family. However she attracts Bennet, I loved reading how Hannah tried to resist the attraction. I found myself hooked with what the truth was about Hannah and whether they could bring an end to Deboque. It was a good story but didn't enjoy it as much as the other books. Still a good read though, that I would recommend. xxx

This is the third installment in the Cordina's Royal Family series. So it's time to marry off the last of the three siblings, the flirtatious and rebellious younger prince, Bennett. As a royal who is used to having pretty, confident women throw themselves at him, Ben is intrigued by his sister in law's companion, Hannah. Hannah dresses in boring colors and frumpy clothes, but once in awhile he sees a spark there.

Yes, there's more to the story there, as Hannah keeps secrets of her own to protect the royal family. A vengeful criminal has just left prison after ten years, and after multiple failed attempts on family members, is eager to finish them off once and for all. Or, can they flip the tables on him and guarantee their continued safety?

0 stars rating, because of the angry sex. There might be a trope that I hate more than the angry sex trope, but I can't think of one right now. It's definitely in my top 5 Most Hated Trope list.

This is an older book, so you can expect some out of date attitudes. Fabulous heroine in Lady Hannah. Bennett starts out strong and then gets angry, and, as per the time, Lady Hannah has to find a way to enjoy it. Three stars because of it's age and Lady Hannah's strength through much of the book.
