3.49⭐️ - Suspenseful and surprise ending - just felt it moved very slowly for 80% of the book

4.5 ⭐️ Love it when I’m proven wrong at the last minute on mysteries because they did so well with the clues and red herrings. The only thing I didn’t like was some of the perspective on John Neville at the end and weird that the last altercation with Hannah was never addressed but that’s all I’ll say for the sake of spoilers. Really good tho!

Ruth Ware has done it again. I was on the edge of my seat as Hannah was on her quest to get to the bottom of who killed her college roommate, April once and for all. I loved the dual timeline bouncing back from their freshman year to the present, it kept the pace up and helped to build the tension. This was a clever and suspenseful read, and I suggest giving it a go.
