I underlined something on almost every page of this book. It's fundamentally altered how I see my life and how I want to live it, and even in the first few days of putting the book's recommendations into practice I feel happier, calmer, and more fulfilled. I think absolutely everyone should read this book.

It was refreshing to sit and listen to the author read because it doesn’t solve anything, but it presents ideas I’ve pondered here and there. There’s no single correct answer.
