I adore emily henry, please never stop writing.
Somehow she manages to write books that are exclusively about me without even laying eyes on me, that's a talent.
As someone from a small town, I understand Charlie's motivations completely, as someone who can't listen to Matilda by Harry Styles without violently crying I understand Nora's emotions and need to protect those around her, you know, because she never really had that protection herself.

Emily Henry continuous to blur the line between literary fiction and romance. I see how some hardcore romantics out there might be a little bit let down by the romance aspect of this book, but that's not what it's all about. It's about Libby's and Nora's relationship, it's about Charlie's need to be useful, it's about motherhood and womanhood and everything that comes with it. It's about how men tend to suck so much when they see a fearless leader, the alpha type. (and about how perfect Charlie is... I truly adore him)
Once again... please never stop writing about me, Emily.

The banter was absolutely incredible. It was so addictive I got three quarters through it before I realised it was 3 am. I loved that there were things I could predict and things I couldn’t predict. Certain scenes had me blushing, and the end had me squealing. :)
I’m excited to read Emily Henry’s other books!
