I never read self help books because they seem like such a waste of time. This book was mostly confessional or super positive succes stories, then a book about how the author is a walking miracle, some useful information, more successtories and way too many acknowledgements. This 200 page book could be a blog and none of the useful information would be lost.

Oh, and it's full of ableism, fatphobia and reeks of privilege.

I didn't finish this because I'm so sick of motivational books written by people who have every single it social privilege (looking at you cis white dudes!) who don't understand or believe in structural inequalities in our society. This book also has a big cult vibe, and I wasn't here for it.
Save yourself the money, just read the blogs and skip the cult leader worship.
