Despite moments of writing style I loved this book. It’s all I can think about since finishing it. The plot and characters were amazing. The end was not what I expected but *chefs kiss*

Reads like a YA novel with spicy scenes.  I'm a fan of YA dystopia so it was fine with me but more avid fantasy readers might find it distracting or unnecessary.  Some of the book contained jargon or phrases that seem out of place in a fantasy world that took me out of the story.  Is this a future word of Earth, past, or somewhere else?  All in all it's a fast paced adventure romance that I enjoyed & will definitely read sequels.
