There are those books that kind of sneak up on you. You've heard a little bit about them, and they pique your interest, so, yeah, you'll add them to your TBR, and put them in the queue. And then, one day, you figure, hey, I'll try this one. And WHAM, you are just swept up, and can't believe it's taken so long to get to this treasure, this hidden gem. SWEET ADDICTION by author J.Daniels is exactly this kind of read. I picked it up, turned to the first page, and that was it. I could not put it down. Dylan and Reese, along with Juls, Joey, Ian, Billy, and even Brooke, captivated me. There was not one thing that I did not absolutely love about this whole crew, and I found myself completely immersed in their story. Beyond the evolving love story between Reese, who is the PERFECT book boyfriend, by the way, the absolutely smoking sexy times had me fanning myself. I mean, these two were on fire. And Joey and Juls added just the perfect amount of friend shenanigans to round things out.
I obviously absolutely loved this book, and I wasted no time moving right into SWEET POSSESSION, the follow-up book to SWEET ADDICTION. Five sweet and sexy stars for these books!

Oh Dylan... If only you would just say what was on your mind and in your heart.... But then we wouldn't be able to live this story with you and LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!!!

if you want a steamy and funny book, this is the right choice!!
I loved the chemistry and the sexual tension between this two and I really appreciated Reese. It's not like the always broody "billionaire" with a difficult past!
if I have to be honest I was expecting a lot more about this book, maybe because of the hype.
I mean the last 20% I was like "really, we're are going there?"
But overall I enjoyed this book.

The characters are all immature
The writing is too high school-ish and it’s more of a wattpad romance than a full chick lit romance book

I went into this book completely blind. But I should’ve known what I was getting into from the cover and the title. Not much of a plot development… just will they? Won’t they? Will they hurry up and admit they love each other!!! It’s a solid smut read, but I wanted a bit more *originality*
