I’ve been curious to learn more about Wicca, witchcraft, and the like so this felt like a good introduction. It seems to act more as a guide than explanation but still gave insight into Wicca as a whole. Upon reading some other reviews it seems that the information may be a little unspecific and that Wicca and witchcraft are conflated more than they maybe should be though.

This was a good book to start learning about the craft. I think it is some sort of summarized book with general ideas and I need to get better books to better immerse myself.

I am glad I picked this book and there are many important information in this that I will be getting back to and also look into them more so I fully grasp everything.

It’s very useful and great for those starting the path. I stop reading, however, when they started talking about angels.....

Lots of information, but told in kind of a roundabout way where steps and information wasn’t entirely clear. Some spelling errors too, this book just could have used a better editor.

Lots of information in a small book. However a few sections need more explanation than is given in the book

A Little Bit of Wicca is really not worth the read, I’m afraid. There’s a lot of misinformation. I don’t believe it was written with any malicious intent, but I feel like the author did little to no research while writing. It seems that Ms. Eason doesn’t understand the differences between Wicca, witchcraft, and Paganism which is always upsetting to see. I also found many of the correspondences at the end of the book to be quite confusing, if not entirely inaccurate. There are, of course, different traditions that dictate different beliefs, but I feel this book doesn’t even recognize that fact. If you do choose to give it a read, do so with a “grain of salt” (as in, expect some in accuracies) because I felt a lot of the information in this book is presented without much understanding beyond personal opinion.
