I loved and adored every single second of this. It's an absolutely PERFECT follow-up to the first book, expertly combining humour, angst, and tenderness. Monty and Percy have my entire heart and I would read infinite books about them and I am honestly just a mess every time I think about them. If you loved the first book - and particularly if you LOVE them both of as characters and loved the development of their relationship - then I absolutely cannot recommend this one enough.

This was a fun little addition to the series. Definitely doesn't add anything plot wise to the series. However, the character dynamics between Monty, Percy, and Felicity are always enjoyable. Overall it a wholesome, funny, gay novella.

A nice addition to the series, but I definitely like the longer versions better. Makes me really excited to get into the second novel.

I love it more than [b:The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue|29283884|The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue (Montague Siblings, #1)|Mackenzi Lee|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1492601464l/29283884._SY75_.jpg|49527118], even though it's such a short book (or more like a novella?).
I love how warm this book made me feel inside.
I love how light, romantic, and fun this book is.
I love how [a:Mackenzi Lee|7327341|Mackenzi Lee|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1512266703p2/7327341.jpg] still give some depth to her characters even within such a short book, what with Monty's mental struggle and anxiety.
I love that this book reminds me "it's okay to take a risk, we'll get through it."

“And maybe we can’t make it work. But maybe we’re tough and we’re stupid and we’re going to try anyway.”
