This is a novel + I did read it. This is PEAK middle art. It's selling point is sex between directionless, apolitical, amoral women of financial comfort. This novel is not about anything, but it's the pretension that gets me. This not ploty enough to be a trashy novel while also not bring intellectual enough to be literary. It is fun in the way that gossip about the lives of wealthy white people is fun.
