My first omegaverse book. Why do people want such dark dystopian worlds where women are so abused?  And why do I want to read them?  Characters are flat but nice.

I cannot believe this is a debut novel.

I loved this book!

Omegaverse is one of my fave tropes/genres whatever you want to call it but sometimes they start to get similar.

This was a very unique story. I loved it. I laughed cried and cheered.

I can't wait for Avas story.

I read this in one sitting.
This should have been two books imo. I don't often say that because I think most romance novels/series are dragged out for far too long. I would have preferred to spend more time getting to know the characters and watch their relationships develop.
That being said, I did really like all the characters (well the main ones). I would love to see another book following them, perhaps even a sequel with just the pack. I really liked how all the guys complimented each other personality wise. I think they made for a good mix and were perfect for Harper. Especially considering everything she had been through prior to coming to the Winter pack.
There's still a lot in the world I want to learn about and a few plot lines I want to see resolved so I'll have to keep an eye on the rest of the series.

I found this recommended on a Reddit thread and it did not disappoint!

We have Harper who has been living at the Omega Compound since the war on Omega's is ongoing. She is being "trained" and used as a testing subject for a new torture system (I know fucked up, this one is super dark). The winter pack, which contains the son of the compounds director is assigned Harper as an Omega.

The pack does not know what has been going on at the compound, honestly most of their world doesn't know. Literally from the second they get access to her at transport they are freaked, and immediately start straying from the abuse she is used to. They want to spoil her and give her everything and quickly realize they have been lied to about the dangers of Omega's.

It is clear that she is their mate. and she is even able to turn the grump pretty quickly. The guys were great, I also enjoyed Harper. This one is very dystopian in my opinion so for some things you just have to be like yes I would never condone this in real life but it's fiction.

The book had so much potential! So I'm a little disappointed
