This is the second book I read by this author, and while the first was a 5/5, after reading 75% of this book I have directly started turning pages without reading them, because I was curious about the ending, but I think the book was terrible:

- It all happens in a clinic with many floors, hallways, rooms and elevators. The structure of the place is important (there are many chases) but there is no map included and I never find out where anyone is, nor can I imagine those chases
- The author uses expressions like "lifeless body" both to refer to corpses and to fainted people, which as you can imagine confuses the story quite a bit.
- Everything happens in one night. It's a f******* long night. I feel like I'm reading James Joyce's Ulysses. There is an absurd amount of absolutely useless details.
- There are many scenes of action and manipulation of bodies (dragging people, fights) and it is clear that the author has no idea about this.

The other book (Take me home) was a 5/5 and this one is a 1/5. That's a big jump. I have never seen so much contrast in the same author. Everyone tends to have better and worse novels, but this is very extreme. Of course, sadly I think I have just lost all the desire to continue investigating the rest of his books...
