Mark offers a plethora of wisdom to help us mortals understand the interaction between humans and bees. When I picked up this book, I was excited to dive right into it and just read all day. After reading some reviews on here saying it will take a while to read, I didn't believe them, but boy do I now. This book offers more insight into the lives of bees than initially thought. The author tried his best to get extensive with every topic and I have to say that he did a splendid job accomplishing this. He did however seem to get a little off-topic which lowered my interest but overall, it was a very informational novel and I think everyone interested in bees, productivity, or biology all-together should read this.

A really lovely m book about bees that goes far beyond biology and ecology and looks at what bees can teach us about social organization and knowledge sharing.
