This is the epitome of a cozy mystery with older characters, a humorous plot line, and an unusual crime. As the first in a series, I was disappointed by how little time was spent developing the characters, especially since there were so many of them. I listened to this as an audio book and have to congratulate the narrator, Jenny Funnell, on her fabulous interpretation of the characters and story.
