This book goes great with Shattered and Shaken. It gives you Wyatt's point of view of everything. Shattered and Shaken was a great book but I felt like there was something missing and this book gives it to you. To read about Wyatt and the things he goes through and the reasons why he did some of the things he did gives you a whole different perspective on the story. I was purely team Blake until reading this story. Now I am all team Wyatt. This is a great addition to the series and I highly recommend it.

This story is told from Wyatt’s perspective. It actually takes you back prior to the first book, before Kyle announced he was joining the Marines and Wyatt made a life altering decision. Wyatt has difficult decisions to make, with little to no guidance from anyone. When he returns he has to deal with the consequences. I couldn’t put this book down.

I also loved this book and at the end of Shattered and Shaken I thought Wyatt was a no good prick. Now I feel differently and how could I not after reading this! Although this one is also a cliff hanger I'm glad it's part of the series because I can't wait to finally see who Allie chooses and it's a tough choice!
