Tiffany & Salukh — okay this was sweet. I needed a post-“Thank You for Listening” palate cleanser and this did the job. Sweet Salukh is a consent king and we have to stan.

I loved this one. Sign me up for a dating contest any day. And I can’t wait for Josie’s story.

I've read 5 or 6 books on alien romance from this author but I still haven't found the one for me lol. I don't want to give up however because they are quite enjoyable so I will keep trying. I do like the concept, maybe its the writing or just the characters, I'm not sure but there is something that keeps putting me off.

This little alien series doesn’t disappoint. I think this story of Tiffany and Salukh’s progression from friends to lovers was my favorite so far.

A lot darker (and potentially deeper) than previous installments. I get what Ruby Dixon was going for here, and in theory plot and character elements made sense, but I wasn't a fan of the way some more sensitive issues were handled, and Tiffany's passivity just wasn't super well-done. I loved the romantic aspects, however--it just felt like she was a bit too excited about the next pairing to give the character development the time it needed here.

This series has an extreme. Let me tell you extreme chokehold on myself. Every time I think I’ve gotten this universe out of my system each book shows me just why this is not true. Every story is better than the last, and the same can be said for this book Barbarian’s Prize. It starts with Tiffany our protagonist, whom we know from the previous books is going through her own trauma, but is still well liked by everyone in the tribe Salukh is such a determined, cinnamon hero. He is not ready to let go of Tiffany, even though she keeps telling him that they’re friends, he’s determined to sink his teeth into her for lack of a better term, their relationship seems so genuine to me it’s the most realistic progression in the whole series. Salukh’s patience in wooing her just makes us fall in love with him more. And when she finally falls in love, like many friends to lovers often do it’s sweet, and tender with their genuine friendship at the
root of it. I will never not stop reading these books and thank you Netgalley for allowing me opportunities to pre-read one of my favorite series of the year.

I got to admit this is not my favorite. It’s still had some of the addictive qualities like the other books but I was just not a fan of some of the events that went on like the competition. I just felt really bad for the man trying to win Tiffany over, when they never had a chance. I do understand where Tiffany was coming from and my heart goes out to her. I really loved Salukh as a male lead. He was just a great guy in general. Him and Josie made this book. I honestly don’t know why everyone dislikes Josie, I think she is amazing and can’t wait to read her book
