Merits multiple looks, but at a quick first take, its portrait of Trumpian fears while being slowly trapped in a snowstorm is bold, weird, confusing, incisive, mythological, often-brilliant—as Anne Washburn so often is.

Washburn's reflects on the ways people both distance themselves from, and are complicit in, politics. This play is as much about the stories we tell ourselves as it is about trying to make sense of the present. Washburn does not disappoint and will not tie things together neatly for those seeking answers.
