this is by far the best, most accessible, and most useful business/career book i’ve read - and if you follow me here you know i read quite a few. it boils down how to be a star player in easy to think about actions and mindsets. i also really liked that it doesn’t solely focus on traditional corporate roles - some examples include a scrub tech, an Iditarod racer, and a Target manager. READ if you want to rock it at work but don’t quite know where to start.

This is a definite re-read for me. And one of the first audio versions I actually followed up enough to download attached PDF, and one which I will both use, review, and share. An absolutely fantastic book. And in a world that seems to only include growth and improvement for "management track" a focus on independant contributors, and leaders that are not necessarily managers was such a refreshing change. Great work and I can't recommend highly enough.
