This book was gross, made me feel uncomfortable, and made me gasp out loud at parts. It was horror the way I like it. 

Docked one star because of the graphic descriptions of animal abuse/torture :(

Well...if body horror is your thing...then you'll love this! 

For me, I was looking for something "scary" and I guess I personally need to redefine what that means for me. This didn't seem "scary" but it was certainly disturbing and gross. Not specifically BAD or GOOD, just...just pretty nasty. 😅
