4.5 stars, marking down slightly due to some jumpy transitions. Other than this, this book satisfied me in every way. And it did threaten to make me cry on the treadmill. This was a page turner that anyone who’s experienced long distance love will enjoy. I wish I could read it again for the first time!

3.5. I did enjoy this read however I just prefer closed door romances. I do appreciate the writing style of Rebecca and will pick up other reads! Just not my cup of tea however still a good read.

Second chance romance, wrong time right person, bodyguard, dual POV en dual timelines.

3,25⭐️ So entertaining and had to cry a few times. Really enjoyed this book and it was so romantic I can’t. I loved the two timelines and I wanted to keep reading because every chapter ended kind of on a cliffhanger. I did hope for it to be a bit more high stakes than it was, bc that was kind of what i expected after reading the blur. It wasn’t really, so that was a bit disappointing. Also Izzy was annoying, like what do you mean you’re going to a war zone to get your sister out who WANTED TO BE THERE, and in the process putting lives at risk who have to protect you…….
