So the first time I read this book I didn’t realize it was the second and I hated Marjorie. The second time I have actually read them in order and I can see more of where she’s coming from an understand a bit better and it’s a better growth for her character. Liked it much better the second time around for sure.

Delicates was much better of a cohesive story than Sheets. Both stories are amazing but the areas that Sheets was lacking were totally made up for in Delicates. I appreciate the pacing of the book being more thought out especially since the themes in this story were much deeper than in Sheets. The characters were more human than in Sheets. I liked that everything felt more down to Earth even with the paranormal element. I hope to be able to read more from Brenna in the future!
