This book was also quite darker than I was expecting. I thought the sequel might be a bit lighter as we catch up with the characters, but no… This one was slightly less charming than the last due to the constant conflicts.

This was such a good one. It’s actually really sad, but I think it’s important for younger readers(and anyone) to read. I really liked the characters, I do wish there was more of the ghosts especially Wendell. This does deal with heavier topics so look up content warnings before picking this up. I also did really enjoy the art style.
