Great read! I loved Brand. LOVED him. And Reese was written perfectly for her 21 yr old self. Not saying she didn't annoy me by acting full on 21 at times but for the most part, I liked her.

Reese has been running trying to keep away from the forced marriage her family is intent on her having. Her luck has not been in her favor though and now she is stranded on the side of the road with a broken down car.

Brand carries his own ghosts he is running from. As a member of the Hellions MC, he knows he has to face the consequences for doing a disappearing act. Coming across Reese is a diversion but when he realizes she is running from something, he is determined to find out what it is. Brand finds himself falling for Reese but he has to handle his MC club first and keep her protected before he can focus on any type of future.

Had a couple of surprising twists. I liked Reese she was a straightforward shooter where Brand is concerned. Brand is hubba hubba, he is like a mighty giant. First in series, excellent read.

I really enjoyed this book. Loved Brand, and Reese didn't get in her own way too much:)
