Enjoyed this for the most part but there were quite a few stories that were not my favorite. I really enjoyed the first and last story in this collection though they were my favorites. Definitely feels like a 3.5.

Beautifully bizarre. I laughed out loud; I felt overcome with emotion. What a delightful, weird, one-of-a-kind book!

How do I begin to describe the stories in this fantastic collection? Kate Folks 'out there' has elements of technological advancement, body horror, sci-fi landscapes and ideas; the themes are endless. This collection of stories has a grip on me that I cannot accurately describe. The stories are funny, dark, enlightening and downright incredible. The way Folk created her characters and their scenarios is perfection. I want to read them again and again and again.
