i saw a review of this on booksta and it caught my attention (i don't remember whose it was but if you posted a review about this series ~2-3 months ago and you see this, thank you!)

this story is cute and funny, and i definitely plan on continuing it! Hiroki has a supportive mother and younger brother, even as he tries (and repeatedly fails) to act straight. his younger brother also seems to be aro if not aroace, which i love! it's unique from other manga i've read in that this is told mostly from the mother's perspective (hence the title), and she makes the father reflect on and reconsider some of the ideas he has. this isn't a super profound story but it touches on some important topics nonetheless, particularly in the later volumes
