I’m a fan of Joseph Millson’s work so I was curious about his book which covers the first decade of his acting career (1995-2005).

It wasn’t what I expected, the chapters were very short as he spoke about each of the acting turning points, this made it easy to read and easy to follow. I really liked the in depth look into how hard an actor had to work.

The way he had to balance his personal life with his work life seemed hard but reading about it made me feel sorry for him in some ways but impressed in others.

It was good and I did enjoy it but I feel I would have enjoyed it more if I was looking at acting as a career.
