Interesting, a valuable new perspective in the self-help world. Highlights of ideas from other practices (meditation, journaling, etc) but pulls it all together to a comprehensive whole.

Absolutely loved this book! Would highly recommend it. It has actionable advice on how to deal with your emotions in a healthy and authentic way.

Good concepts but it was better as an HBR article. The author didn't have enough content to fill a book of this length.
