A pretty good end to the first series. Pretty good use of mythology. Lots of tying up of loose ends - and if some plot points were completely obvious, at least some were not. We saw a lot more of the gods and some of it was even somewhat clever. Hestia was a welcome add as was Prometheus - though I thought he got short shrift. There was kind of something for everyone in this book - whether was battle or dialogue or intrigue or riddles - definitely the kind of book that would make you want to start the series over. Or go look up the real mythological stories.
