This book's title provided exactly what it states: a journey through Stanley Tucci's life through food. It had moments I enjoyed and moments I wanted to skip past but overall it was a good read about how food can nourish us beyond nutrients for our body.

Listening to the audiobook was delightful but I think an ebook or printed version would have been more useful for the recipes.

Unfortunately, I can't keep listening. I love Stanley Tucci but I'm a vegan and my guy loves
describing how to prepare animals to eat from life to death ..

I listened to this on a road trip where I was sick and felt horrible. Tucci's book was an absolute delight to my crappy mood. He talked about his childhood and his Italian family's love of food. He talks about his many food experiences throughout his life and even includes recipes! Towards the end he also discusses a dark time in his life that affected his relationship with food. It was such a joy to listen to and I fell in love with him. I wish he would adopt me or at least invite me for dinner. Highly recommend!
