Yes. Sir.
Fiona left the lifestyle because her Dom was a controlling ass who ruined her introduction. Then when she thought everything was hopeless, her 2 knights showed up and showed her what a Dom should be.

I had a hard time getting into this story. I had to take a break and come back to finish it.

Claiming Fifi wants to be all things to everyone - a romantic suspense novel about private detectives going after a man who terrorizes and abuses his partners, a BDSM love story between a submissive woman and the doms who adore her, and a book about a woman recovering from unacknowledged PTSD and an abusive relationship. It succeeds at doing all of those things fairly well, though sometimes it doesn't always integrate the parts of the story well (particularly the story line about Fiona's mental health, and the over the top ending). Still, it's a well written book, and a good start to a new series.

Beyond 50 Shades
If you want better kink with a better storyline than 50 shades then Claiming Fifi shows the story of 30 year old Fifi working on getting beyond her first experience with BDSM that was a terrible relationship. When she has to come face to face for a client can she learn to trust Brody and Adrian to help her move towards what a healthy experience is? And can they learn to move forward after their last partner died in a ski accident. These 3 have a lot to learn for themselves and each other as Fifi past comes back around

More depth
Good characters. Good story. But I wanted more depth and more chemistry between the characters. Yes the sub/dom relationship can be intense, but I wanted more.

Very engaging, but a bit too short BDSM book. I think it opened too many questions and the plot was too thick to end it that quickly.
However, loved the characters and their background. How they deal with adulthood - balancing work, past, trauma, anxiety, change.

Claiming Fifi (Club Ménage #1) by Tara Crescent – This was a series freebie starter. I’m pretty sure that this series should be titled “Why We All Need Counseling,” but I have a feeling that wouldn’t have the same punch to the audience. Lol. Fiona’s private investigator skills give her the chance to confront her abuser with the help of some sidekicks from her past. I really enjoyed this universe! Happy Reading!
