***The book was given to me by a family member***

Did exactly what you want a book shot to do - kept me quiet for about 2 hours. If it was a longer book, I don't think I would have finished it as the pacing is slow and nothing really happens until more than halfway through. The ending saved this book from being 2stars as I enjoyed the twist however this isn't a book I would read again.

Not bad. One of the better ones, overall.

This was a quick and easy read but not a fan of the characters or story.

Another bookshop entry by Patterson and & Co is full of deplorable characters none who you can emphasise with especially the lead voice.
It is just horrible people doing terrible things to other horrible people.
A horrible book.

It was ok. Didn't care much for the two main characters.

This is the first book I've read where the bad guy actually gets away with it. It was a nice chance. Loved it!

I don't know what it is, but I do not enjoy these bookshots. While they are well-written, I cannot engage in them the way I can with James Patterson's full length books.

This particular book, I did not enjoy. I did not like the story line or the characters. I felt frustrated with the characters.

The book was good. Pulled you in right from the beginning. Good plot twist but I didn't like the ending.

When I first saw this book, it has crossed the desk at the library where I work and I thought to myself, 'Will they publish any thought that James Patterson has?'

I decided to check out the book myself, since it seemed to be popular and I have been lacking time to read. At first, I couldn't decide if I liked it, but for 108 pages I figured I'd still be a sport and just finish it. I LOVED the end of the book, it wasn't what I had been expecting.

Wow what a story. I was a little skeptical at first cause I really was sure where the story was headed but then was just a series of events that made it an incredible story. The poor men never saw it coming either.
