Read this to a group of kindergarteners and asked for their reviews. They screamed "150 MILLION STARS" so it's a hit.

Wearing sunglasses gives some characters a certain bravado and proclaim they are cool, until they have a awkward, very uncool moment. Finally they learn that being yourself while wearing the sunglasses is the real path to coolness.
Be humble. Humble is cool.

Thank you Edelweiss and Candlewick Press for an advanced copy in exchange for an honest review.

Teaches young children that it is more important to have fun and be yourself than to try to be cool. Such an enlightening message with funny and detailed illustrations.
