This book had some issues, but those issue made me laugh. I don't think I have laughed so hard in my life. The first 25% of the book is so repetitive that I was going to give up on the book. However, then the romance started to build and the scenes got funnier while other scenes got sexier. I still had a few issues with the plot. But the characters were funny yet sweet. Also, it's a hockey book so I was going to read it no matter what because I love hockey.

This is probably just not for me, but I've read amazing sports romances and sports fanfic and sports manga and this isn't one of them. I don't know if it's the characters or the writing style. She can write, it's not written as badly as a lot of things published. But I didn't enjoy her word choices, the way she phrases things. And it wasn't sexy at all to me.
