This was not a bad book, just very difficult for me to read. As a newer mother, this made me deeply emotional and took me about a year to read because I needed to take breaks.

I can’t decide how to describe this book. Maybe heart wrenching and passionate. There is happiness and inspiring moments, but I often had to put it down to sit with what I had read. I wish I could read it for the first time all over again.
