My rating is based on an average of my rating for each book in the trilogy.

- Book two: 4.5⭐️
- Book three: 3.5⭐️
Over the course of the series I began to dislike Rin more and more. She makes countless mistakes and won’t listen to anyone’s sound advice. She treats her friends like trash. And innumerable lives are lost by her actions. It’s horrible.
Kitay deserved better, too. Even Nezha — who came across as this arrogant rich kid bully — has more redeeming qualities than her.

This series needs so many trigger warnings, but aside from that it was a great ride through hell. Interesting reading experience
