It was very boring, a lot of exposition and narrating the past. What little conversation we had felt unnatural.

Another gorgeous book in this series.

Once again, Rebecca Barton has written a beautiful, hypnotic and warmhearted book about family, unconditional love, discovery and acceptance. I knew Agata's story was going to be wonderful, having been introduced to her in 'Finding Home', but Matu was a revelation. Such a gorgeous, caring soul, whose sense of family, duty towards others and openness to new experiences was delightful and very moving. Their love story was absolutely divine and beautifully and sensitively told.

Coming Home
La Villa Rosa Series, Book 2
By: Rebecca Barton
Narrated by: Sylvie Taylor

Back to La Villa Rosa we go, seeing Aldo and Enzo which is like coming home. We meet Matu, who has come to town to help out, but in reality he is just trying to deal with his own life. Carrying guilt for an unforeseen circumstance at work is haunting him, and it's time he needs to hopefully deal with it. He never thought he would find the woman of his dreams. Agata is running the local cafe. She too, is running, but from her judgmental family. Instant and strong attraction is building! Will these two be able to heal each other? Barton is a master at the flawed characters and this story is beautiful! It flows with reality and emotions, but also is full of warmth and love. I enjoy the community and the amazing imagery she provides. This is a wonderful addition to the series.

Sylive Taylor continues her narration of the series, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She has a fabulous set of voices, and her accents are spot on! She creates this incredible world and makes the listen amazing.

This is the second book in this series.
This is Agata and Matu's story. This is another beautiful love story.
Matu and Agata both have fears to overcome but their love helps them both recover.

I very much enjoyed this series.

I listened to the audiobook. Sylvie Taylor, the narrator is fantastic. Her accents are great and she brings the books to life.

This was and ARC and this is my honest review.
