This book might have been more enjoyable, if I hadn’t spent 400 pages of the first book reading about relationships that the author decided to completely drop in this sequel.
As the final book of the series, it feels unfinished and unsatisfying.

Edit: Wait. Have I heard that there’s a third book? There may be a chance at redemption.

Started and finished in one day. Just as cute as the first book. Such a fun concept and I like how it bounces between 4 different perspectives.

I think these books are objectively bad but also I keep reading because I somehow get invested in the characters and the story.
Spoiler Props for not ending up in the expected love stories/tropes and showing some growth there. That did make it feel a little more realistic.

Another fabulous American Royals book but how can that be the ending with no third book?! I absolutely loved the new story lines this book had the way relationships changed was so realistic, sometimes you don't end up with who you think you will. I felt like the characters were more free in this book and able to do things they actually wanted to do and it was a fun read.

Queen Beatrice is everything of the sort as always and I loved her development as the first Queen. I got super angry a few times at how she was being treated but she is of course poise and grace. Sam's new mystery man and their storyline was wonderful as was Nina's. Daphne's last chapter made me feel so sorry for her, she's one of the greatest "villains".

I did think some story line endings were super abrupt and I could have used a few more chapters (or another book). But overall, I really enjoyed the twists and turns and new plots that this book had. Young Adult Romance must!

I’ve seen some mixed reviews of this book but I actually liked it more than the first in the series. I didn’t find the characters as annoying. There was nothing about the first book that made me want to pick up this one but I was in the mood for a read where I didn’t need to think too much and this fit perfectly. I might actually pick up the third in the series now.

I'm so done with Daphne!!! She's pure evil and NEVER gets punished for all the hurt she did! Even the best friend?! she literally put her on a COMA for 10 months and forgot her!!!
Also, Jefferson, he's too stupid. He and Nina were great but never really tried to fight for her, uuugh

Bee, Nina and Sam are really the ones carrying the story. They changed so much and healed, las tqm
