Honestly this book was just sickening. Jessie’s prank on Drew at the gala was ridiculous. And all of a sudden it went from them hating each other to getting engaged in a matter of 12 weeks? Yeah right.

The build up to them admitting their feelings took forever but was so anticlimactic when a big deal wasn’t made of it.

I had to force myself to read this book. I really wanted to love it but I just didn’t. It didn’t seem realistic to me. It just so happens that in book one Drew’s sister falls in love with and marries his best friend and in book two the same situation except it’s Drew falling in love with his sisters best friend and getting engaged within weeks again. There could have been many different ways to write this, why make both stories have the same outcome where the men take on another man’s child and both marry their siblings best friends?

Ughhhh. 2* and that’s being kind.

I probably would have rated 5 stars if I wasn’t in a reading slump but I am so it wasn’t as enjoyable as it should’ve

Back to the book though it was really cute I love drew though at times Jessie did things that you kinda annoying it was still enjoyable
