I took a long accidental break on this series. When I stumbled back upon it I was surprised to find a 17-book series and counting. lol Flew through this read. Trying to recollect what happened in the last 3 books.

This book just ok for me. I wasn't sure what I expected when I started this book but I wish I liked this book more. I have not read anything else from this author I would give her a chance again. The book was very slow for me and I could not stay as interested as I wanted in this book. I feel it was lacking something for me.

Fantastic book! Learning more about Rochelle has me hooked. I couldn't put it down.

I wasn't sure I would enjoy this one as much as the Dowser books because Rochelle is so much darker than Jade, but it was actually really really good. Still a little annoyed that I didn't read them in order, but maybe I'll get over that someday. I found Beau to be a very attractively painted character, with lots of depth left to explore in future books.

Nice opening to a new series! Love the crossover storyline and reading about Desmond and Jade through someone else's POV. Can't wait to read the next book!

Full review to come!

One of the best books I have ever read, "I See Me" is full of fascinating, flawed characters with believable reactions and a wonderful and realistic premise. Falling between Dowser 3 and 4 but featuring an entirely different, and arguably even more engaging, protagonist, Doidge's phenomenal book tells the story of darkly intense Rochelle, an artist who believes her magic is actually hallucinations. Medicated by the doctors at her group home, her grasp on sanity is sometimes quite slender. The perspective is fascinating, dark, gritty, and ultimately deeply satisfying.

This is an incredibly intoxicating and quick read! I highly suggest reading the first three books in the Dowser series by the same author before reading this book. The two series mix perfectly in that order! The excitement rarely slows down and mixed with all the magic and lore, this series is easily one of my favorites.
