At Last can be read as a standalone, but is part of a Contemporary Royals Romance series with Multiple POV's and ends in an HEA.

I was quite worried about this one when I read the description, thinking it was a second chance with the scum that cheated on her. Alas it was not which made me very happy! I very much enjoyed this book and series. I was so happy to see Sophie get her Happily Ever After and I just love Queen Charlottes meddling.
