I was having fun with the book, right up until the end. Not a huge fan of the memory loss trope. But overall good.

In the past year, I’ve struggled to find books that hold my attention long enough to finish a book within a week, let alone a day. I finished it in a day - what else is there to say? Is it the most captivating and witty book I’ve read all year - not exactly - but it’s definitely different than others and the first I’ve read in a while that I devoured. I just hope I can remember the plot line by the time the third book comes out in 2023!

Whoaaaaa I ate this one up!!! I didn't think I could be at the edge of my seat like I did with the first one but this had twists and turns from beginning until the very end!

Oh my god. I am immediately reading the next book. I must know what happens next. Holy shit.

My heart has been ripped from my chest and put back and ripped out again.

THE PLOT TWIST AT THE END. The scream that I let out! It’s also interesting how some things seem so minor, until it all comes together.

People were right, book 2 WAS better - but overall, this one’s still not for me. Similar to the first, I didn’t get interested in the plot until there was only an hour left in the story, and It’s a bit more juvenile than I was hoping for in too many ways. Glad I gave it a shot, but tbd on whether I decide to go for the third book when it comes out next month.
