4.5, but on the 5 end rather than the 4 end, if that makes any sense

Truly a book fitting right between children's/young adult lit, Asterid's time of transition felt simple in a way that really resonated with me, even at almost 22. I cried a little reading this today. I've just been so stressed and so busy and so overwhelmed. Reading this reminded me of the joy discovering something new and fun can bring. I'm grateful that books like this are around.

This was my introduction to graphic novels and I LOVED IT. It's a nice story about friendship, moving on, and finding yourself. It was such a cute read and the illustrations were great too!

Absolutely terrific book. Cannot wait to share it with our kids-I think it will fly off our shelves!

A really great comic for kids and young teens about growing up, friendships and kickass ladies!

Especially great because the main character is realistically flawed.

This was really cute and well done. Perfect pre-teen into teen book. For fans of Whip It, only aimed at a younger audience.

Loved it! A middle school girl navigating friendship and finding out here own interests separate from her best friend - a tough thing to do when you're 11-13!
