This book put me in a reading slump. I disliked the whole thing. She absolutely needs to get a better psychiatrist cuz they did nothing to help her longterm but only gave her superficial advice you get on google. Secondly i didn’t connect withthe writting, I think also to some extent because i didn’t connect with her experiences. But i would not read it again i was dreading opening it up every time.

i’m just going to chalk it up to a bad translation. either way, she deserves a better therapist.
