I already concluded the Tiffany Reisz is not for me after reading [b:The Gift|16170071|The Gift|Tiffany Reisz|http://www.goodreads.com/assets/nocover/60x80.png|22016908] but I wanted to give her another shot. You can not judge an author based on one short story... So I read [b:Little Red Riding Crop|13540911|Little Red Riding Crop (The Original Sinners, #0.6)|Tiffany Reisz|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1352051500s/13540911.jpg|19104059] too.

After two short stories, my conclusion is that her style is too dark and gritty for my taste. I like my romance novels to evoke smiles & hope and to leave realism to other genres of book.

I loved this short novella, barely twenty five pages and yet the story was full of details. Basis for the characters are already developed in the series so this was a nice look into Nora's life with Kingsley. She made him so rich but he was so jealous. It's hard to see it, but definitely there.

Nora's exploits are the most fun. I love getting more insight to what it is like to be Nora. Thank you Tiffany for 'scratching' the itch that Nora leaves behind

Oh, yes, it is ANOTHER Tiffany book. Only with this one, she kicked me right where it counted by giving me the luscious Master, Big Brad Wolfe!

For the love that all that is holy Tiffany why did you tease me with this gorgeous hunk of man Dom! This was one of Tiffany’s best short reads. I think because Brad delivered. He delivered better than any of her male characters have, in any of her stories to date. Note that I have not read The Angel yet, so my judgment could change.

This time it is Kingsley that is manipulating our fair Nora. Though I’m not sure if we should call her fair, or if she is even being manipulated or if she really likes all these games. I honestly can’t tell anymore. All that I know, is that if she wants a vacation, she has to find out who The Dame is, the owner of the rival BDSM club is, that has been stealing Kingsley’s employees. As she goes in, she comes face to face with Brad Wolfe, (insert me saying hubba hubba here). He is not only older and in shape, he is older and one of the most masterful Dominants that Tiffany has ever written. Hard, edgy, and uncompromising; this Master gave me all that I desire and more. When it was over, I screamed and ranted that I wanted more on twitter, and Tiffany was nice enough to let me know there would be more Brad Wolfe!

3 stars. A really short and filthy little story. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Nora is a cool character from what I can tell so far (I mean she's a freaking Dominatrix! Bitch I live!) and she just has the awesome boss attitude to her and I love it. I'm planning on starting The Siren now and I can't wait to get to know her character more.

I know it was a prequel/novella, but I just expected more.

It was lacking in character development, in smut and just overall everything.

Super quick read, so nice if you're trying to fill the quota.

Definitely doesn't make me want to read the rest of the novels.

A very well written story. It was a bit too short
